Yoga With Weights

This event takes place on the following dates

This is a breath-based practice that builds strength and stability and improves balance. The focus on the breath makes it centering and meditative
Please bring to class:

  • Yoga Mat
  • Set of 1, 2- or 3-pound dumbbells
  • Stability Ball
