Vintage House provides the unique opportunity to hold a Wine Country special event like a wedding reception, a birthday, anniversary banquet or a business meeting at a fraction of the cost compared to higher priced alternative venues. Our convenient location is in the heart of the City of Sonoma, just two blocks off the plaza. Stone Hall is our modern banquet facility featuring a commercial kitchen and theater-quality projection and sound systems. With windows on three sides of the room, daytime events are light, bright and welcoming. Up to 300 guests can be accommodated in an assembly or concert layout and in a dinner setting, Stone Hall accommodates 200.

Stone Hall has vaulted ceilings, plentiful windows and two pairs of doors leading out onto the Garden Patio. We offer both round and buffet style tables and two types of chairs, all available on-site. Your wedding, gala, fund raiser, celebratory private party: all will work wonderfully in Stone Hall.

Behind Stone Hall, our Garden Patio, with its beautiful views of the Sonoma hills, provides a relaxing outdoor environment to enhance any event.

Vintage House provides a fully equipped professional kitchen with direct access to Stone Hall, the Dining Room and, via the service driveway, to the Garden Patio. We have a sterilizing dishwasher, ample freezer and refrigeration capacity. We have three heavy-duty, commercial grade gas ovens, two with a 4-burner stove top and one with a large griddle. Our kitchen has three sinks and two serving counters, one facing Stone Hall and the other facing the dining room. The serving window facing the dining room has temperature controlled food cavities.

Other rooms/areas at Vintage House may be appropriate for your event:

Dining Room: Seats 80. Full complement of tableware and flatware. Direct access to the kitchen, the main hallway and the service driveway.

Library: Lined with books and PC computers, our cozy Library provides additional meeting room and display space for your event.

 

Multi-Purpose Rooms: We have large and small Multi-Purpose Rooms for use as classrooms, meeting rooms, coat rooms, children’s rooms (equipped with DVD/VCR), dressing rooms, and with seating for between 25 and 50 people.

Private Studio: A small multi-purpose room with a sink, stove, oven and private restroom. Great for small meetings or as a dressing room.

Off-Street Parking: We have two private parking lots. Our primary lot in front has 40 slots and a circular service drive to the front door. Our service lot, behind the Garden Patio, has three parking slots and direct access to the professional kitchen via the service driveway. Both First Street East and Second Street East provide additional parking capacity.

We have high-capacity central air-conditioning and custom controlled lighting. Every room (except the professional kitchen) has an outside wall lined with windows and another wall with one or more windows onto the hallway. Stone Hall is lined with outside windows or glass doors on three sides. Glass areas in Stone Hall are equipped with room darkening shades
