Get up and get moving - join us for Strength and Toning.
Each Level II session will be held virtually over the Zoom platform for a 6 week period, plus you will receive a bonus recording of the class each week, to help you continue to build your strength during the week. We'll be focusing on the major muscle groups and enjoying a total body workout through a set of strength and flexibility exercises.
To get the most out of this training, you should plan to attend all classes in the session as each class builds on the previous one.
- You must have completed at least one Strength and Toning Level 1 session.
- You must be able to get down to and up from the floor (one time each class).
- You will need 3-pound weights and an exercise mat. A small towel for neck comfort is recommended.
- Wear closed-toe shoes and clothing in which you can move and be comfortable on the floor.
