Meditation with Katie

During this time of uncertainty, it’s comforting to feel the emerging sense of community and interconnectedness. As we help each other through these challenging times, we must also take care of our own physical, mental and emotional well-being.
Every Thursday evening, connect with Katie and each other as you ZOOM in for a guided meditation, followed by questions and group discussion. Take a deep breath and let out a sigh as you ease into relaxation and stillness. Receive tips and guidance for integrating self-care and mindfulness into your daily life, and enjoy being a part of our virtual community!
